8、d2016年3月10日机组甩负荷试验1.oadrejectiontest2016年3月10日机组72小时试运行Unit72hcommission7月25日7月27日四、充水试验Water-filledtest流道充水分两步进行，第一步，确定机组上游蝶阀处于关闭状态，锁定蝶阀机械锁定，蝶阀处于就地位置；确定活动导叶处于关闭状态，调速器处于就地位置。打开尾水平压充水阀、打开蜗壳排水阀、打开蜗壳排气阀，对尾水管及蜗壳充水。检查尾水管、尾水进人门、蜗壳进人门、蝶阀下游侧，蝶阀伸缩节、导水机构各组合面等无渗漏，工作密封漏水量通过自流满意排水要求，厂房检修排水泵、渗漏排水泵能满意排水要求，再依据尾水开启程

9、序进行闸门开启操作，开启尾水闸门。FilledwithwaterintoTheflowchannelbedividedintotwosteps.thefirst,confirmthatallInletvalveisturnedoff,all1.ockingdeviceofInletvalveisPuttedin,OperationmethodofInletvalveisOnthespot;confirmthattheVanesOfunit1#isturnedoff,theOperationmethodof1#SpeedgovernorisOnthespot,opentheBypassvalve

10、ofTailwatersluice1#,openspiralcaseDrainvalveofunit1#,openspiralcaseexhaustvalveofunit1#,fillwaterintodrafttubeandspiralcaseofunit1#.AffterInspectingtube、spiralcaseInletvalveandguidenoleakage,Theamountofworkthesealleakagesufficeoperationalrequirements,Plantmaintenancedrainpump,drainpumpleakagesuffice

11、operationalrequirements,openTailwatersluiceW.其次步，确认蝶阀手动旁通阀处于关闭，关闭蜗壳排水阀、关闭尾水平压阀，打开液压旁通阀，再渐渐打开手动旁通阀，向蜗壳充水，视察尾水管、尾水进人门、蜗壳进人门、蝶阀下游侧，蝶阀伸缩节、导水机构各组合面等无渗漏，工作密封漏水量通过自流满意排水要求，厂房检修排水泵、渗漏排水泵能满意排水要求，再依据进水口闸门开启程序进行闸门开启操作，开启进水口闸门。Thesecondstep,closeManualbypassvalveofunit1#Inletvalveisturnedoff,closespiralcaseexha

13、nts,openInletsluice.五、机组首次开机Unitfirststart-up依据启动试运行规程、1#机组启动试运行大纲中机组首次启动和空转试验的要求，对1#机组各部位、各系统进行检查，使其处于手动开机状态，满意手动开机要求后，正式起先首次启动和空转试验。inaccordancewithrequirementsofthefirsttimestartandidlingtestsintarttestrunproceduresunit1#StarttestrunOutlined,.Initialunitstart-upafterunit1#sufficeoperationalrequir

14、ements.1手动打开主轴密封排水阀，退出空气围带、风闸，顶起森子5-7mm,保持IOmin,保证推力瓦润滑。落转子，打开蝶阀，打开技术供水电动阀，调整技术供水水压0.4MPa01.Openunit1#exhaustvalveofworkthesealleakagewithManually,RemovalPressureofunit1#themaintenanceseal,JackingRotor5-7mmkeeping10min.godownRotor,open1#Inletvalve,openelectricvalveadjustingPressureofCoolingwaterto0.
