9、理工作；2、负责订制化工厂所有小包产品的分拣、打包和发货，满足订单的交付；3、和包装、印刷等供应商保持良好合作；4、和公司其他部门：市场、销售、物流、仓储等部门保持良好沟通和合作；5、期望有订制化物流、分拣中心等管理经验，物流行业背景优先。化工厂岗位职责（3篇）3岗位职责：1 .负责智能制造的整体战略方向制定、智能工厂方案设计及可执行方案的落地；2 .负责智能制造需求调研及解决方案梳理制定，软、硬开发及数据互联互通方案的集成推动落地；3 .梳理管理流程，对以上业务从研发、生产、测试、销售、售后服务等环节进行科学的流程涉及管控；4 .为团队成员提供技术或专业知识指导，帮助成员实现专业技能的提升，

10、并主动承担及解决专业领域内负责问题；5 .负责各项目及工作目标的整体规划、支持和协调管理工作，保证各目标的顺利执行。任职要求：学历专业：本科以上学历，计算机类、信息化及自动化专业。1 .了解家电行业一流的智能制造资源，对行业技术解决方案有一定深度把握；2 .从事智能制造或数字化工厂建设相关行业5年以上工作经历，负责过有关项目实施及课题研究；3 .有工业4.0、智能制造和两化融合方面的研究分析工作，对工业制造系统、控制系统、工业信息化应用系统等领域有较为深入的理解；4 .至少有工业4.0、智能制造、数字化工厂、工业信息化、工业物联网工作背景之一，掌握3,企业智能制造整体解决方案、战略规划方法、管理系统；5 .有三年以上工业软件项目推进或实施经验优先；6 .有西门子、ge、华为、富士康等团队管理经验者优先。良好的领导力，沟通表达能力，抗压能力，执行力，组织协调能力，规划能力
