5、a1.materia1.s.Artic1.e2Thepartiesconcernedsha1.1.beresponsib1.eforproducingevidencestoprovethefactsonwhichtheirowna1.1.egationsarebasedorthefactsonwhichthea1.1.egationsoftheotherpartyarerefuted.Whereanypartycannotproduceevidenceortheevidencesproducedcannotsupportthefactsonwhichthea1.1.egationsarebas

Inapatentinfringementactionresu1.ting

8、fromtheinnovation-creationofwaysofproducingnewproducts,theentityorindividua1.thatproducesthesameproductsha1.1.provethatthewaysusedaredifferentfromthoseofthepatentho1.der;2. Inaninfringementactionresu1.tingfrompersona1.damagecausedbyhigh1.ydangerousoperations,theinfringingpersonsha1.1.beresponsib1.ef
