1、XX理工大学留学生有关证件的管理规定ManagementoftheCertificatesforForeignStudents1. ForeignstudentsmustenterChinawithanXvisa.Within30daysstudentsmusttakeperformtherequiredmedicalandphysicalexaminationandobtainaResidencePermit.AnystudentwhofailstoobtainthisrequiredResidencyPermitwithintheallottedtimewillbesubjecttofin

2、esandpenaltiesinaccordancetothelaw.第一条留学生须持与本人身份相符的“X”签证入境并须在入境30日内办理体检及外国人居留证或外国人临时居留证。学生应自觉提前办理居留延期，如超过居留期限停留即为非法居住，XX市出入境管理局将依法进行处罚。2. Studentsreturningtotheirnationoforigin,travelingtoHongKong,Macao,Taiwanoranyothercountry,needtofollowtherequiredproceduresforobtainingthepermissionoftheUniversity

3、,andinthiswayobtaintheexitvisa.TheUniversitymustgivepermissionforthestudenttoobtaintheexitvisaandleaveChina.第二条学生在学习期间回国或去港、澳、台地区及其它地方应办理出入境手续。并要提出请假申请，经国际教育学院批准后方可申请出入境签证。3. Whenthestudentsareperformingtheproceduresforobtainingthestudentresidencycertificates,thestudentsshouldsubmit,inadvance,anappl

4、icationtotheInternationalEducationCollege.TheUniversitywillassistthestudentswiththeapplicationsproceduresforresidentpermitswhichareissuedbytheXXMunicipalSecurityForeignAffairsBranch.第三条学生在学期间办理各种有效证件相关手续，须提前向国际教育学院提出申请，学院开据同意函，校方将协助学生到XX市出入境管理局办理，逾期不办者，后果自负。4. Studentsshouldensurethesafetyandsecurit

5、yoftheirResidencyPermitsandothercertificatesanddocumentsforstudybygivingsaiddocumentsandcertificatestotheUniversityforSafekeeping.ThecertificatesarethepropertyoftheUniversityandarenottobealtered,ormutilatedinanymanner.Intheeventthecertificateislostorstolen,thenthestudentisresponsibleforreportingthel

6、osstotheUniversityadministration,thepolice,andpostanotificationofthelossintheXXnewspaperinaccordancewithChineselaw.Intheeventapassportislostorstolen,thestudentshouldgototheirrespectiveEmbassyorConsulateinChinaandfollowproceduresforobtainingareplacementpassportandthenthestudentwillberequiredtoreapply

7、foranewresidentpermitfromXXMunicipalSecurityForeignAffairsBranch.AdditionalUniversityadministrationfeeswillbechargedtothestudentinassistingtheminobtainingtheirreplacementpassport.第四条学生应妥善保管有效证件，原则上交国际教育学院教学部统一管理，不得涂改和损坏，如居留证丢失，须到XX日报社广告部登报挂失，然后到XX市出入境管理局补办理外国人居留申请手续。如护照丢失，应立即向XX市出入境管理局报告，并领取护照报失证明，然后去本国驻华使馆、领馆申请新护照，并持新护照到XX市出入境管理局办理签证。
