1、XXUniversityofTechnologyForeignStudentAcademicPerformanceRegulationsXX理工大学留学生学籍管理规定XXUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine(referredastheUniversityhereafter)hasdrawnuptheseregulationsforforeignstudentsonthebasisoftheRegulationsfortheAdministrationoftheStudentsofGeneralHigherInstitutions，XXUniversity

2、ofTraditionalChineseMedicine.XX理工大学外国本科留学生的学籍管理原则上按照XX理工大学全口制本科生学籍管理办法执行。考虑到外国留学生的具体情况，特作如下相应规定：Section 1 Enrollmentandfeespayment入学与注册1. NewstudentadmittedbytheuniversityshouldbringtheAdmissionNotice,thecompletedVisaApplicationforstudyinChinaaswellasotherrelevantdocumentsandcometoForeignStudentsAdm

3、inistrationtoregisterbeforethedeadlineasspecifiedintheAdmissionNotice.If,forcertainreason,thestudentcannotregisterontime,He/shemustaskleaveforanextensionperiodofnotmorethan4weeks.ThosewhohavenotaskedfortheleaveandthosewhofailtoregisterbeforetheendoftheextensionperiodwithoutproperreasonsuchasforceMaj

4、eurewilllosetheirqualificationasanadmittedstudent.按学校规定录取的新生，持录取通知书、外国留学人员来华签证申请表等相关材料，按学校有关要求到校留学生办公室办理入学手续。因故不能按期入学者，延期入学时间最长为四周。未请假或者请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由以外，视为放弃入学资格。2. TheUniversitywillcheckthehealthconditionofstudents,asrequiredbytheregulationsoftheChinesegovernment;onlyhealthystudentscanregisteran

5、denroll.Studentswhofailthehealthcheckmaylosetheirqualification.Studentswhoarefoundtopresentfraudulentdocumentsoruseillegalwaystobeadmittedwillbedismissedimmediately.新生入学后，学校按中国政府相关规定对学生健康状况进行检查，对健康状况符合要求者予以注册，取得学籍。否则取消入学资格。凡属弄虚作假、徇私舞弊取得学籍者，一经查实，即取消其学籍3. Studentswithdiseaseunfittocontinuetheirstudyas

6、diagnosedbygovernment-appointedhealthandquarantinedepartmentswillhaveasuspensionofschoolingforaperiodofoneyear.Studentswhohaverehabilitatedduringthisperiodmayresumeschoolingbyapplicationforreadmission,buttheywillneedahealthre-exambyofficiallyappointedhealthandquarantinedepartments.Studentswhocannotp

7、assthere-examordonotcompletetheregistrationandenrollmentprocedureontimewillbedisqualified.对患有疾病的新生，经国家指定的卫生检疫部门诊断不宜在校学习的，可以保留入学资格一年。在保留入学资格期内经治疗康复，可以向学校申请入学，由指定的卫生检疫部门（XX出入境检验检疫局）复查或确认，符合体检要求，可重新办理入学手续。复查不合格或者无故逾期不办理入学手续者，取消入学资格。4. Atthebeginningofeachsemester,studentshouldregisterinpersonwithreceip

8、tsoftuitionandfeespaidatForeignStudentsAdministrationwithin2weeks.Studentswhocannotregisterontimeshouldgivetheirexplanationstotheteacherinchargeofhisorherclass.第2页共17页Studentswhohavenotpaidtheirtuitionandfeesorcannotmeetanyotherrequirementsofregistrationwillnotberegistered.Theirqualificationtostudyf

9、orthisacademicyearcannotbegaineduntiltheCollegestampedtheirStudentIDCards.ThosewhoareunabletoarriveattheCollegeduetosomereasonneedtogothroughtheprocedureaccordingly:Thosewhoasksickleaveneedtosubmitmedicaldocument;thosewhoaskforleaveforsomeotherreasonneedtosubmitawrittenapplicationtotheirteacherincha

10、rgeoftheclasstwoweeksinadvance.ThecaseswithoutleaveapplicationandapprovalfromtheForeignStudentsAdministrationwillbetakenasabsenteeism.ThosewhoarriveattheCollegebutfailedtogothroughtheprocedureforregistrationwillalsobeconsideredtobeabsenteeism;thosewhofailedtoregisterlongerthan4weeksafterthebeginning

11、oftheacademicyearwithoutproperreasonwillberegardedasvoluntarydropouts.每学期开学时，应由学生本人在开学二周内持缴费凭据到留学生办公室办理注册手续。不能如期注册者，应当以适当的方式向留学生部说明情况。未缴纳学费或者其他不符合注册条件的不予注册。办理注册盖章手续后方可取得本学年学习资格。因故不能如期到校者，必须履行请假手续：病假需提供医院证明;事假需提前两周向班主任申请，报留学生部批准后方可履行。未经请假或请假未准者，均以旷课论处;到校而不办理注册手续者，也按旷课论处;逾期四周不注册而又无正当事由的，按自动退学处理。5. Stu

12、dentswhosuspend,withdraworleaveschoolduetootherreasons,willnotberegisteredwithoutgoingthroughtherelatedprocedureforresumptionofstudy.对休学、保留学籍或其它原因离校的学生，未经批准复学者，不准注册Section 2 DurationofProgram学习年限6. Thelengthofprogramisasfollows：formedicinemajoredundergraduatesis5-6years;ForundergraduatewhomajoredinP

13、harmacyorotherareais4years.Itispossibleforstudentswhoareunabletocompletethecoursesasrequiredwithintheallottedtimetoapplytoextendtheirstudyforatmosttwoyears.医学专业本科生在校学习期限为五至六年，药学和其它专业的本科生的学习期限为4年。在规定的学习期限内无法完成学业的，留学生可以申请延长学习年限。延长最长不得超过两年。Section3AssessmentandAcademicRecord考核与成绩记载7. Studentsshouldtake

14、assessmentofthecoursesandothercurricularactivitiesasrequiredbythecurriculum（hereafterallreferredascourses）.Theresultofassessmentwillbekeptinthetranscriptandfiledinthestudentpersonalrecord.学生应当参加学校教育教学计划规定的课程和相关教育教学环节（以下统称课程）的考核，考核成绩记入成绩册，并归入本人档案。8. Therearetwowaysofassessments:examinationandpass/fai

15、lassessment.Onlythosewhopassassessmentscanearnthecreditsofthecourse.考核分为考试和考查两种。考核合格获得该门课程的学分。9. Ifthestudentforsomereasonsuchasillness,hospitalization,etc.cannottaketheexamination,anapplicationfordelayingtheexaminationmustbesent,agreedbythecollegeandarrangedbytheteachingaffairsdepartment.Adelayedex

16、aminationshouldbeequallyeffectiveinthestudent,sacademicrecordasthenormalone.学生因病住院治疗或有其它特殊原因不能参加课程考试的，应当在考前申请缓考，经学院同意，由教学部安排，缓考该课程。缓考成绩按正常考试成绩记载。10. Studentmayelectcoursesfromothermajor,payingappropriatefeesasrequired.ApprovedbytheCollege,studentmayelectcoursesfromotheruniversityaccordingtointer-universityagreement.Thegrade/creditearnedfromtheotheruniversitymustbeexaminedandverifiedbytheUniversityforrecognition.学生可以申请选修其他专业课程。按照
