5、gandlivingconditions.4. PartyAshalldeployfellowstaffforPartyBforcoordinationaffairs.5. PartyAshallpayPartyB,ssalaryasscheduled.VLPartyB,sObligations:1. PartyBshallobserverelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople,sRepublicofChinaandshallnotinterfereinChina,sinternalaffairs.2. PartyBshallobserveanyinstitu

6、tionsandadministrativestipulationsconcernedwithitsemployment,andshallbesubjecttoPartyA,sarrangements,supervision,inspectionandreviewofhis/herworkingperformance.WithoutPartyA,sconsent,partyBshallnotconductanypart-timejobassignedbyanyotherparty.3. PartyBshallfulfillthetasksassignedtohim/herwithhighsta

7、ndardswithintheprescribedtimeframe.4. PartyBshallrespectChina,sreligiouspolicies,andshallnotconductanyreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewithhis/herstatusasaforeignexpert.5. PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeople,sethicsandcustoms.V.Revision,CancellationandTerminationoftheContract:BothPartiesshallabidebythe

8、contractandshallrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.1 .Revisionofthecontract.Thiscontractcanberevisedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.2 .Cancellationofthecontract.Thiscontractcanbecanceledwithmutualcon

9、sent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.(1) Underthefollowingconditions,PartyAshallhavetherighttoinformPartyBinwritingofthecancellationofthiscontract:a. PartyBfailstofulfillthiscontractortheobligationsandagreedconditionsashereinstipulated,andfailstoamendhis/he

10、ractionsafterPartyAhaspointeditout;b. Onthebasisofthephysician,sdiagnosis,PartyBfailstoresumenormalworkafterasickleaveforaperiodofsuccessive30days.(2) PartyBhastherighttoinformPartyAinwritingofthecancellationofthiscontractunderthefollowingconditions:a. PartyAfailstoprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkinga

11、ndlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthiscontract;b. PartyAfailstopayPartyBasscheduled.(3) Incaseeitherpartyaskstoterminatethiscontract,itshallgivea30daynoticetotheotherpartyinwriting,andthecontractshallonlybeterminatedafter30days.(4) Thiscontractcanbeterminateduponmutualagreementbybothparties.3.Terminat

12、ionofthecontract.(1) Thiscontractshallbeterminatedonceitexpires.(2) Thiscontractmaybeterminatedwiththemutualconsentofbothparties,anditshallbestrictlyobserveduntilbothpartiesreachanagreementotherwise.VIU.BreachPenaltyWheneitherpartyfailstofulfillanypartoralloftheobligationsasstipulatedinthiscontract,

13、thatis,intheeventofbreachofthecontract,thesaidpartyshallpayabreachpenaltyofUS$800to3000orequivalentto3to10timesPartyB,smonthlysalaryinRMB.Ifbothpartiesconsideritnecessarytodetermineanexactsumofthebreachpenalty,ortodetermineabreachpenaltyhigherorlowerthantheabove-mentionedamount,itshallbeexplicatedin

14、theappendixofthiscontract.WhenPartyBclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,itshallproducecertifyingdocumentsissuedbycompetentauthorities;afterthecontractiscancelledwithPartyA,sconsent,PartyBshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyBfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelthiscontract,i

15、tshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyAasstipulatedinthiscontract.WhenPartyAclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,andthecontractisthuscancelledwithPartyBconsent,itshallbearPartyB,stravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyAfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelth

16、iscontract,itshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredtoPartyBandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyBasstipulatedinthiscontract.IX. Theappendixofthiscontractformsanindispensablepartofthiscontractandshallhavethesamelegaleffectwiththetextofthiscontract.X. Thiscontractshalltakeeffectuponbeingsignedbybothpartiesandshallbeautomaticallyterminateduponexpiration.Wheneitherpartyrequiressigningarenew
