1、双学位计划三方协议（中英文对照）3-PARTYAGREEMENTOFTHEDUALDEGREEPROGRAM双学位计划三方协议PartyA:AnUniversityinChina甲方：中国某大学PartyB:RegentsofNewMexicoStateUniversity乙方：美国某州立大学PartyC:WorldAmericanCulturalExchanges丙方：某国际经济文化交流协会InordertomeettheneedsofChinesestudentswhoseekadiplomaandabachelordegreefrombothuniversitiesintheUnited

2、StateandChinazthethreepartiesasabovementionedcooperatewitheachothertoengageinthe,l-2-lDualDegreeProgram(1-2-1Program),andmakethefollowingagreement:为满足学生要求获得中美两国大学毕业证书和学士学位证书的需求，甲乙丙三方合作达成如下：1-2-1双学位计划(简称1-2-1计划)：I.Definitionofthe1-2-1DualDegreeProgram:一、计划定义：Theabove-mentionedpartieshaveagreed,undert

3、heessentialprerequisitesofcreditacceptanceandmutualtransfer,tothestudentexchangeplan(1-2-1Program)accordingtothefollowingdefinition:studentsshallcompletetheirfreshmanyearstudy(1)attheirChina-PartnerUniversity(PartyAzabove).Then,studentswillgototheUnitedStatesfortwoyears(2)studyattheirU.S.-PartnerUni

4、versity(PartyB,above).Fortheirlastyear(1)studentsmustreturntoChinatocompletetheirsenioryearstudyintheirChina-PartnerUniversity,andwhenmeetingtherequirementsofbothuniversities,shallearndiplomasandbachelorsdegreesfromPartyAaswellasPartyB.DuringalltheirstudyinChinaandtheUS,studentsinthe1-2-1Programmust

5、observetheIawszdecreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbyChineseandAmericangovernmentsandallschoolregulationsofPartyAandPartyB.Anystudentwhobreachesthecontract,shalltaketheresponsibilitybyherself/himself.上述三方同意在相互承认学分和学分相互转移的基础上zl-2-l计划定义如下：学生第一年在甲方学习（1）;到美国在乙方学习二年（2）,最后一年（1）必须返回中国在甲方学习结业后获得乙方的美国大学毕业证书和

6、学士学位证书和中国大学的毕业证书和学士学位证书。凡1-2-1计划学生在甲方和乙方学习期间必须遵守甲乙双方所在国的法律、法规和所在学校的校纪、校规。如有违犯，所造成的后果由学生本人负责。ILPartyA,sResponsibilities甲方的职责：1. PartyAshallprovidestudentsfreshmanandseniorstudyinChinaandattherequestofPartyBzrecruitstudents甲方按乙方的要求提供学生在中国第一和第四年的课程并负责招生。2. PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithtranscriptsofstude

7、ntsacademicworkatthecompletionofthefirstandfourthyearinChina.甲方向乙方提供一、四学年学生在甲方的成绩。3. PartyAshallnotmakesubstantialchangesinanyorallofthecourseswithoutpriorapprovalofPartyB.未经乙方同意甲方不得任意修改课程。4. PartyAshallnotreviseand/orexemptanyorallofthecourseswithoutpriorapprovalofPartyB.未经乙方同意甲方不得减免学时和课程。5. PartyA

8、shallcollectthefeeofprogramregistration,testing,andtuitioninChinaandrelatedcostsfromstudents.甲方负责收取在中国的有关费用。6. PartyAshallgranteachstudentabachelorsdegreewhencourseworkissatisfactorilycompletedinboththeUSandChina.甲方在学生按要求完成中美课程后，负责授予学生甲方的毕业证书和学土学位证书。7. Underseparateagreement,PartyAmaysendteachingsta

9、fftotheUStoobserveclassesandexchangeideaswiththeprofessorsofPartyB.通过另行协议甲方的教学人员可到乙方考察，与乙方教学人员交流。8. PartyAshallhosttherepresentativesofPartyBandPartyCforthebusinessvisitstoPartyA.甲方负责安排乙方和丙方在甲方的公务访问。III.PartyB,sResponsibilities乙方的职责9. PartyBshallarticulatethecurriculumwithPartyAforthestudentsfirstan

10、dthefourthyearzsstudyinChinazanddesignafour-yeareducationalprogramthatwillprovidestudentsaneducationatNewMexicoStateUniversity.乙方向甲方提供学生第一和第四年在中国学习的课程要求，安排四年教学计划，为学生提供在美国新墨西哥州立大学的教育。10. PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithtranscriptsofstudentsacademicworkatthecompletionofthesecondandthirdyearintheUSzandshal

11、lprovideacompleteplanofcurriculum,textbooksandteachingplansfortheproposeddegreessoughtbystudents.乙方向甲方提供二、三学年学生在乙方的成绩，向学生提供完整的教学计划、教材。11. PartyBshallprovidenecessarycoursesforstudentstocompletetheirsecondandthirdyearinatimelyandconvenientmannertoinsurethatstudentsmaycompletetheagreed-uponprogram.乙方向

12、学生提供恰当的课程以确保学生在二、三年按时完成学习计划。12. PartyBshallnotmakesubstantialchangesinanyorallofthecourseswithoutpriorapprovalofPartyA.未经甲方同意乙方不得任意修改课程。13. PartyBshallnotreviseand/orexemptanyorallofthecourseswithoutpriorapprovalofPartyA.未经甲方同意乙方不得减免学时和课程。14. PartyBshallcollecttuition,fees,andrelatedcostsfromstudent

13、sintheUS.乙方负责收取在美国的有关费用。15. PartyBsrepresentativeshallgotoChinawithPartyCsrepresentativefortheinterviewofstudentswhoareapplyingforthe1-2-1Program.乙方代表应与丙方代表赴华面试甲方学生。16. PartyBshallissuelettersofadmissionandDS-2019forms(J-lVisa)toqualifiedstudents.乙方应向合格学生签发录取通知书和DS-2019表(J-1签证用)17. PartyBsrepresenta

14、tiveshallworkwithPartyCsrepresentativeonsiteatthevisainterviewtocoordinatewiththeUSEmbassyinChinaandassiststudentsinobtainingtheirvisas.乙方代表应与丙方代表赴华协调美使领馆帮助学生签证。18. PartyBshallinformtheothertwopartiesoftheadjustment,progressandsuccessofstudentsduringtheirstudyintheUS.乙方应向甲方和丙方通报学生在美学习和有关情况。19. Party

15、BshallgranteachstudentthediplomaandbachelorsdegreewhencourseworkissatisfactorilycompletedinboththeUSandChina.乙方在学生按要求完成中美课程后，负责授予学生乙方的美国大学毕业证书和学位证书。20. Underseparateagreement,PartyBmaysendteachingstafftoChinatoobserveclassesandexchangeideaswithprofessorsofPartyA.通过另行协议，乙方的教学人员可到甲方考察，与甲方教学人员交流。21. Pa
