2、与承租人的权利义务，经两方协商一致，签订本合同。InaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandonthebaseoftheprincipleofequalityandmutualbenefit,andforthepurposeofdefinitionoftherightsandobligationsofthelessorandthelessee,thiscontractisconcludedandsignedbyconsensusbetweenthepartieshereto.第

6、dmaterialsbythelesseeattheendoftheleaseperiod.第六条租赁物资交付的时间、地点及验收方法Article 7 Timezplaceandacceptancemethodofdeliveryofleasedmaterials第七条租赁物资的保管与维修Article 8 Storageandmaintenanceofleasedmaterials一、承租人对租赁物资要妥善保管。租赁物资返还时，双方检查验收,如因保管不善造成租赁物资损坏、丢失的，要按照双方议定的租赁物资缺损赔偿办法，由承租人向出租人偿付赔偿金。1. 8、及费用由人承担。2. Duringtheleaseperiod,themaintenanceandcostsoftheleasedmaterialsshallbebornebythe.第八条出租人更改Article 8 Changeofthelessor一、在租赁时期，出租人如将租赁物资所有权转移给第三人，应正式通知承租人，租赁物资新的所有权人即成为本合同的当然出租人。1. 11、.未按时间提供租赁物资，应向承租人偿付违约期租金一的违约金。1 .Thelesseeshallbereimbursedwiththeliquidateddamagesof%forthedefaultperiodduetofailuretoprovidetheleasedmaterialsattheagreedtime.2 .未按质量提供租赁物资,应向承租人偿付违约期租金一的违约金。Thelesseeshallbepaidtheliquidateddamagesof%ofthedefaultperiodrentforfailingtoprovidetheleasedmaterialsaccord

12、ingtothequality.3 .未按数量提供租赁物资，致使承租人不能如期正常使用的，除按规定如数补齐外，还应偿付违约期租金的违约金。3. Ifthelesseefailstoprovidetheleasedmaterialsinquantity,whichmakethelesseefailstousethesamenormallyasscheduled,inadditiontomakethedeliverythereinfull,theliquidateddamagesof%oftherentforthedefaultperiodshallalsobepaid.4. 其他违约行为：o二、

13、承租人违约责任：5. Otheractsofbreachofcontract:1.不按时交纳租金，应向出租人偿付违约期租金一%的违约金。1. 14、erentforthedefaultperiod.3.如有转让、转租或将租赁物资变卖、抵押等行为，除出租人有权解除合同邛艮期如数收回租赁物资外，承租人还应向出租人偿付违约期租金的违约金。4.
