9、nokeepasafedistancefromthenwheelwithyourhand.钢筋切断机安全操作规程：为确保安全，接送料的工作台面应与切刀下部保持水平，并根据加工材料长度确定工作台的长度。在启动前，应检查切刀是否有裂纹，刀架螺栓是否紧固，防护罩是否牢靠。在启动后，应先进行空运转，检查各传动部分和轴承是否正常运转，方可进行作业。操作人员应使用切刀的中、下部位切料，并紧握钢筋对准刃口迅速投入，应防止钢筋末端弹出伤人。操作人员不得剪切超过机械性能规定强度及直径的钢筋或烧红的钢筋。在切断短料时，手和切刀之间的距离应大于150mm,并应采用套管或夹具将切断的短料压住或夹牢。在发现机械有异常响

10、声或切刀歪斜等不正常现象时，应立即停机检修。在液压传动式切断机启动前，应检查液压油位是否符合规定，并在排净液压缸体内的空气后开始作业。在手动液压式切断机使用前，应将放油阀按顺时针方向旋紧，作业完毕后，应立即按逆时针方向旋松。钢筋弯曲机安全操作规程:为确保安全，工作台和弯曲机台面应保持水平。在作业前,应准备好各种芯轴及工具，并根据加工钢筋的直径和弯曲半径的要求，装好相应规格的芯轴和成型轴、挡铁轴。芯轴直径应为钢筋直径的2.5倍。挡铁轴应有轴套。挡铁轴的直径和强度不得小于被弯钢筋的直径和强度。在启动前，应检查芯轴、挡铁轴、转盘等是否有裂纹和损伤，防护罩是否有效，并进行空载运转并确认正常后，开始作业

11、。在作业时，应将需弯曲的一端钢筋插入在转盘固定销的间隙内，将另一端紧靠机身固定销,并用手压紧，在检查并确认机身固定销安放在挡住钢筋的一侧后，启动机械。在弯曲作业时，不得更换轴芯、销子和变换角度以及调速，不得进行清扫和加油。钢筋螺纹成型机操作安全规程在使用钢筋螺纹成型机之前，必须检查刀具的安装是否正确，连接是否牢固，运转部位的润滑是否良好，同时也要确保没有漏电现象。在进行作业之前，还需进行空车试运转，确认机器正常后方可开始操作。钢筋应在下料前先调直，钢筋切口端面应与轴线垂直，不得使用气割下料。在加工锥螺纹时，应使用水溶性切削润滑液。当气温低于时，可掺入15%20%亚硝酸钠。在套丝作业时,不得使用

12、机油作润滑液或不加润滑液。在进行加工时，钢筋必须夹持牢固。在机械运转过程中，不得清扫刀片上的积屑杂物或进行检修。同时，不得加工超过机械铭牌规定直径的钢筋。在进行弯曲操作时，不得对超过机械铭牌规定直径的钢筋进行弯曲。在弯曲高强度钢筋时，应进行钢筋直径换算，并及时调换响应的芯轴。操作人员应站在机身设有固定销的一侧。成品钢筋应堆放整齐，弯钩不得朝上。在转盘换向时，应在弯曲机停稳后进行。直流焊机操作安全规程在使用直流焊机之前，必须检查初、次级线的接线是否正确，输入电压是否符合电焊机的铭牌规定，接线螺母、螺栓及其他部件是否完好齐全，不得松动或损坏。直流焊机换向器与电刷接触应良好。当多台焊机在同一场地作业时，相互间距不应小于600mm,应逐台启动，并应使三相负载保持平衡。多台焊机的接地装置不得串联。在移动电焊机或停电时，必须切断电源，不得使用拖拉电缆的方法移动焊机。在调节焊接电流和极性开关时，必须先卸除负荷后进行。同时，硅整流直流电焊机主变压器的次级线圈和控制变压器的次级线圈不得用摇表测试。
