1、外来人员安全风险告知Guidanceonsafetyrisksforexternalpersonnel尊敬的各位来宾Dearguests:欢迎大家莅临参观指导工作，我厂存在的主要危险有害因素有：车辆伤害、机械伤害、高处坠落、起重伤害、物体打击、中毒与窒息、灼烫、火灾爆炸、触电、噪声、滑跌等。Welcometovisitourub-factoryandgiveguidanceonourwork.Themainhazardousandharmfulfactorsinourfactoryinclude:vehicleinjuries,mechanicalinjuries,fallsfromheigh

2、ts,liftinginjuries,objectstrikes,poisoningandsuffocation,burns,firesandexplosions,electricshock,noise,slip,etc.在进入生产现场前，我们有义务将相关安全注意事项向您告知，以确保您的人身安全，请配合遵守如下规定：Beforeenteringtheproductionsite,wehavetheobligationtoinformyouofrelevantsafetyprecautionstoensureyourpersonalsafety.Pleasecomplywiththefollow

3、ingregulations:L进入生产现场需正确佩戴劳动防护用品，安全帽必须系好下颌带，请勿擅自解除劳动防护用品；Whenenteringtheproductionsite,itisnecessarytowearlaborprotectionequipmentcorrectly.Besides,thesafetyhelmetmustbefastenedwithachinstrap.Donotremoveprotectionequipmentwithoutauthorization.2、请服从带队人员的指挥，中途不要随意离队；Pleaseobeythecommandoftheteamleade

4、randdonotleavetheteamduringtheprocess.3、必须沿安全通道行走，不穿越安全护栏，不在吊物下停留，注意避让运行中的行车、叉车、货车；上下楼梯握好扶手，当心跌倒；Pleasewalkalongthesafepassage,donotcrossthesafetybarriers,donotstayunderthesuspendedobjects,andpayattentiontotherunningcranes,forklifts,andtrucks.Holdthehandrailwhengoingupanddownthestairs,andbewareoffal

5、ling.4、不得近距离观看运行的设备设施，禁止身体任何部位接触运转设备，当心机械伤人；Donotobservetheoperatingequipmentandfacilitiesclosely,anddonottouchtheoperatingequipmenttopreventmechanicalinjury.5、请勿触摸各种开关、操作任何设备，防止造成触电或误操作；不得在煤气、天然气区域停留；Donottouchanyswitchoroperateanyequipmenttopreventelectricshockormisoperation.Donotstayingasornatura

6、lgasareas.6、遵守现场禁止、警告、指令、提示等各种安全警示标志的内容，接受陪检人员安全提醒；Pleaseabidebysafetywarningsignson-sitesuchasprohibitions,warnings,instructions,andprompts,andacceptthesafetyremindersoftheaccompanyingstaffs.7、在生产现场期间，遇到紧急或意外情况时，应听从带队人员统一指挥，安全撤离或应急救护；Whenenteringtheproductionsite,incaseofemergencyorunexpectedsituations,followthedirectionsoftheteamleadertoevacuatesafelyorprovideemergencyrescue.8、进入生产区域禁止吸烟。Smokingisforbiddenwhenenteringtheproductionarea.9、请您遵守公司规定，现场不要随意拍照。Donottakephotosonsite.
