12、entonhealthcare.Ontheotherhand,therearethosethatbelievethatgovernmentssquandertheirmoneywhentheygiveittoartists,andthismoneyshouldinsteadbeusedtoimprovethehealthservice.Publichealthcareinthiscountryischronicallyunderfunded,andthishasledtoasituationinwhichmanypeoplecannotreceivethetreatmenttheyneedwh
