7、tigationtired!公司法务函致女士/先生：现就您涉违反与我公司签订的竞业限制义务一事出具法务函。在您与我公司签订的劳动合同保密协议竞业限制协议书等入职、离职法律文件中，已明确约定您对我公司负有竞业限制义务。上述文件，系您自愿签订，故你对我公司负有合法、有效的竞业限制义务。依据我公司获取的证据判断，您在从我公司离职后加入T,该行为已违反了您对我公司负有的竞业限制业务，属于严重违约、失信行为，依据你与我公司签订的有关法律文件，您应承担支付违约金等法律责任。为此，本法务特郑重函告：立即从该公司离职,并办理解除手续,停止一切违反竞业限制义务的行为。如您一意孤行,届时您除了要向我公司支付违约或赔偿金外，还要承担因您违反竞业限制义务给我公司造成的其他损失（包括但不限于案件受理费、财产保全费、保险费、执行费、律师费、调查费等）。善意提醒恶意违约还会给您带来其它不良社会影响，例如：依关于人民法院在互联网公布裁判文书的规定，法院生效裁判文书会在互联网公布、失信被执行人名单会向全社会公布、失信被执行人会被限制消费从而不能乘坐飞机、高铁、不能办理银行贷款等。我公司相信您定不希望这种有损您信用的事情发生。基于上述事实，我公司法务部特致函于您，望思之慎之，以免讼累！XXXXXX股份有限公司法务部年月日
