INTRODUcnONWezatadidasGroupvaluemaintainingahighlevelofqualityinourproductsandonlybyensuringthatourprocessesareaccuratelycommunicated,ourmethodsdocumentedandourspecificationsdefined,thisgoalwillbemet.Itisourobjectivetoclearlycommunicateourexpectationsandparameterstooursupplybase.Wewill,onacont

12、ication.Allcolorstandardsandsupplierssubmitsaremeasuredandstoredelectronicallyandsupplierperformancereportsaregeneratedtoprovideavarietyofdataincludingqualityoffirstsubmissions；approvalpercentagesandturntimes.ThemaingoaloftheadidasGroupColorManualincludesignificantlydecreasingthenumbersofcolorsubmis
