3、ivitiesrequiredtovalidatethesupplmanufacture,andtestofWaterTubeBoilers.2.0SCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofaWaterTubeBoilerfromtheexaminationOfcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingforde4、spatchtosite.Althoughthemethodologyincompili

4、ngthisinstructionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheConstructionofatypicalWaterTubeBoiIenExperiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaone5、-oforalternativedesignofboilei;thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.Anysuchvariati

5、onsshouldbenotedontheinspectorsreport.MostboilersareconstructedunderoneofthewellknownNationalcodeswhichrequireanInspectingAuthoritytosurveyproduction.Thisinstructionisbased6、intherequirementsofsuchacode.ltassumesthatthedesignparametershavebeenreviewedandapproved.3.OPROCEDURES.IGENERALThisinstruction
