3、ndnetweights,measurementsandothermarksastheBuyermayrequirestencilledormarkedconspicuouslywithfastandunfailingpigmentsoneachpackage.Inthecaseofdangerousand/orpoisonouscargo(es),theSellerisobligedtotakecaretoensurethatthenatureandthegenerallyadoptedsymbolshallbemarkedconspicuouslyoneachpackage.12 Term

4、sofPayment:OnemonthpriortothetimeofshipmenttheBuyershallopenwiththeBankofanirrevocableLetterofCreditinfavouroftheSellerpayableattheissuingbankagainstpresentationofdocumentsasstipulatedunderClause18.A.ofSECTIONII,theTermsofDeliveryofthisContractafterdepartureofthecarryingvessel.ThesaidLetterofCredits

5、hallremaininforcetillthe15thdayaftershipment.13 OtherTerms:UnlessotherwiseagreedandacceptedbytheBuyer,allothermattersrelatedtothiscontractshallbegovernedbySectionII,theTermsofDeliverywhichshallformanintegralpartofthisContract.AnysupplementarytermsandconditionsthatmaybeattachedtothisContractshallauto

6、maticallyprevailoverthetermsandconditionsofthisContractifsuchsupplementarytermsandconditionscomeinconflictwithtermsandconditionshereinandshallbebindinguponbothparties.FORTHESELLERFORTHEBUYERSECTION214FOB/FASTERMS14.1TheshippingspaceforthecontractedgoodsshallbebookedbytheBuyerortheBuyer,sshippingagen

7、t.14 .2UnderFOBterms,theSellershallundertaketoloadthecontractedgoodsonboardthevesselnominatedbytheBuyeronanydatenotifiedbytheBuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinClause8ofthisContract.15 .3UnderFASterms,theSellerShallundertaketodeliverthecontractedgoodsunderthetackleofthevesselnominatedbytheBu

8、yeronanydatenotifiedbytheBuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinClause8ofthisContract.16 .410-15dayspriortothedateofshipment,theBUyershallinformtheSellerbycableortelexofthecontractnumber,nameofvessel,ETAofvessel,quantitytobeloadedandthenameofshippingagent,soastoenabletheSellertocontacttheshippin

9、gagentdirectandarrangetheshipmentofthegoods.TheSellershalladvisebycableortelexintimetheBuyeroftheresultthereof.Should,forcertainreasons,itbecomenecessaryfortheBuyertoreplacethenamedvesselwithanotherone,orshouldthenamedvesselarriveattheportofshipmentearlierorlaterthanthedateofarrivalaspreviouslynotifiedtotheSeller,theBuyeroritsshippingagentshalladvisetheSellertothiseffectinduetime.
