Weundertake,ifourBidisacceptedtocommencemobilizationwi

7、thin2daysafterreceiptofMagnasinstructionstocommenceorbysuchotherdateasmaybedeterminedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheContract我们承诺，一旦中标，我们将在收到麦格纳签发的开工令后2天内或其他根据合同条款规定的此类日期开始进场。4. Weundertake,ifourofferisaccepted,toenterintoaformalContractwithMagnaSuchanagreementshallcompriseallthedocumentsreferredt

ThisBidshallremainvalidforaperiodof90daysoranyagreedperiodofextensionwithMagna,asrequiredbytheInstructionstoBidder.ShouldwewithdrawourBidduringthevalidityperiod,weunderstandthatMagnawilltreatsuchwithdrawalasadefaultandbreachoftheInvitation.根据本投标须知要求，投标书有效期应达90天或为与麦格纳达成的任何延长
