1、摘 要摘 要本次设计主要以2JTP-1.60.9/20型提升机制动系统的设计以及分析为主,介绍了提升机的发展状况、作用、液压制动系统工作原理和一些元部件的结构原理,根据所掌握的参数拟定设计方案。针对老式提升机采用的电液阀制动做了相应的对比,并对比例阀控制做出了分析。因在提升机制动系统中,安全性要求非常严、维修率大,制动系统发生了故障,将造成严重后果,因此这次设计针对提升机制动系统选配具有良好性能的保护装置。随着科学技术的发展,提升机制动系统也有了较大的变化,由块闸制动演变成闸盘制动,从以往所使用的电液阀制动转变为现代技术所采用的比例阀制动,采用比例阀控制制动有众多好处,与比例放大器配合,用电信
2、号实现对流量、压力和流向的控制,可进行远距离控制,构成自动控制系统,既可开环控制,也可闭环控制。它的控制原理简单、控制精度高、抗污染能力强、价格适中,受到人们普遍重视,使得该技术得到飞速发展。这次设计选用的是TP系列盘闸制动器,它能提供平稳均匀的摩擦制动力及零部件互换性好,与电控和液压系统配合,能使大型机电设备保持平稳地减速停车,这种制动器在矿山得到广泛的应用。关键词:液压制动;电液阀;比例阀;盘形制动器IAbstractAbstractThis design focuses on 2JTP-1.6x0.9/20 design and analysis of hoist braking sys
