WrittenPracticeforTraining9ExaminationandQualificationofNDEPersonnel无损检测人员培训、考核和资格鉴定实施细则DocNo.文件号EeeeePage1of25A/0FIRSTISSUE首次发放Edition/Rev.No.版次/修改号Description说明Preparedby编制Approvedby批准Content书目No.序号Title章节名称Page页码1Scope范围32LevelsandResponsibilityofQualification资格等级和责任33QualificationRequirementsforNDEPersonnel无损检测人员资格鉴定要求44ResponsibilitiesofRelevantPersonnel相关人员的职责55InitialQualificationofLevelIllIn级人员首次资格鉴定56InitialQualificationofLevelIandIlI、H级人员首次资格鉴定77Grading评分118Vision视力检查119Certification批准1210Termination终止15Appendix附录I:TrainingCourses培训大纲161 Scope适用范围1.1 Thisdocumentissuitabletoxxxxeforcontrolandadministrationoftraining,examination,qualificationandcertificationofNDEpersonnel.本实施细则适用于本公司无损检测人员培训、考核、资格鉴定和证书发放的限制及管理。1.2 ThisWrittenPracticeispreparedbytheQAEngineerbaseduponSNT-TC-IAandsatisfiestherequirementsofASMECodeapplicableSections,andmeetsparticularneedsofXXXXE.本实施细则由质保工程师依据SNT-TC-IA和ASME规范相关卷的要求，并结合本公司具体状况制定。1.3 OnlytheNDEpersonnelwhohavebeenqualifiedandcertifiedby×XXXEinaccordancewiththisWrittenPracticeareallowedtoperformthenondestructiveexaminationofASMECodeitems.只有按本实施细则培训考核合格，并由本公司发给资格证书的无损检测人员,才允许担当ASME规范产品的无损检测工作。1.4 Eachqualifiedpersonnelcanonlybeengagedinthenondestructiveexaminationwithrelationtoqualifiedexaminationmethod(s)andhislevel,andshallexerciseresponsibilityofrelevantlevel.不同种类的技术资格等级人员，只能从事及该类检查方法和等级相适应的无损检测工作，并负有及其等级相应的技术责任。1.5 NondestructiveTestMethods无损检测方法1.5.1 QualificationandcertificationofnondestructivetestingpersonnelinaordancewiththisWrittenPracticeshallbeapplicabletoeachofthefollowingmethods:本实施细则对无损检测人员的资格鉴定和批准适用于下述方法：(1) RadiographicTesting(RT)(2) 射线照相检验方法；(3) 1.iquidPenetrantTesting(PT)液体渗透检验方法：(4) MagneticParticlesTesting(MT)磁粉检验方法1.5.2 AccordingtoSNT-TC-IAandtherequirementsofcustomers,qualificationandcertificationofnondestructivetestmethodsotherthanthemethodsinPar.1.5.1shallbeestablishedasanappendixofthisdocument.2 依据SNTTC-1A和用户的要求，除了1.5.1规定的方法以外的无损检测方法，需另行制定考核鉴定的方法，作为本文件的一个附件。3 1.evelsandResponsibilityofQualification资格等级和责任3.1 InaccordancewithrelevantrequirementofSNT-TC-IA,thelevelsofqualificationaredividedintothreelevels(LevelI,IlandIII)foreachNDEmethodasspecifiedinPar.1.5.1.WhileintheprocessofbeingqualifiedandcertifiedtoNDELevelrequestedbyhim,anindividualshallbeconsideredatrainee.Thetraineeshallnotindependentlyconduct,interpret,evaluateorreportofanyNDEoperation.无损检测人员的资格等级，按SNT-TC-IA及1.5.1节规定的每一种无损检测方法分为三个等级，即I、II、山级。无损检测人员在考核、确认期间应看作学员，不能单独从事任何无损检测工作。3.2 NDELevelIExaminer无损检测I级人员AnNDELevelIExaminershallbequalifiedtoproperlyperformspecificcalibrations,specifictests,andspecificevaluationsforacceptanceorrejectiondeterminationsaccordingtowrittenInstructionsandtorecordresults.TheNDELevelIExaminershallreceivethenecessaryinstructionorsupervisionfromacertifiedNDELevelIIor11IExaminer.I级无损检测人员应能依据书面工艺卡正确执行指定的校准、试验和有关验收及拒收的工作，并能记录试验结果。无损检测I级人员应得到已取得资格的无损检测II或III级人员必要的指导或监督。3.3 NDELevelIlExaminer无损检测11级人员AnNDELevelIlExaminershallbequalifiedtosetupandcalibrateequipmentandtointerpretandevaluateresultswithrespecttoapplicablecode,standards,andspecifications.TheNDELevelIlshallbethoroughlyfamiliarwiththescopeandlimitationsofthemethodsforwhichheisqualifiedandshallexerciseassignedresponsibilityforon-the-jobtrainingandguidanceofNDELevelIpersonnel.TheNDELevelIlshallbeabletoorganizeandreporttheresultsofexaminations.无损检测11级人员应能按有关规范、标准和规程调整和校准设备；说明和评定试验结果。H级人员应熟悉已被批准的试验方法的适用范围和局限性，并负责1级人员（学员）的在职培训和指导。II级人员应能编制报告和评定检测结果。3.4 NDELevelIIIExaminer无损检测W级人员AnNDELevelIIIExaminershallbecapableof,establishing,verifyingandapprovingprocedures,interpretingcodes,standards,specifications,andprocedures;anddesignatingtheparticularNDEmethods,techniques,andprocedurestobeused.TheNDELevelIIIshallberesponsiblefortheNDEoperationsforwhichqualifiedandassignedandshallbecapableofinterpretingandevaluatingresultsintermsofexistingcodes,standards,andspecifications.TheNDELevelIIIshallhavesufficientpracticalbackgroundinapplicablematerials,fabrication,andproducttechnologytoestablishtechniquesandtoassistinestablishingaeptancecriteriawhennoneareotherwiseavailable.TheNDELevelIIIshallhavegeneralfamiliaritywithotherappropriateNDEmethods,asdemonstratedbyanASNTLevelIII不basicexaminationorothermeans.TheNDELevelIII,inthemethodsinwhichcertified,andshallbecapableoftrainingandexaminingNDELevelIandIIExaminersforcertificationinthosemethods.无损检测11I级人员应能制定、验证和批准规程；说明规范、标准、技术条件和工艺规程；确定检验对象的检测方法、技术和检验方案；In级人员应能负责被批准和被指派的无损检验操作，并能依据现有的规范、标准和规程，对检验结果进行说明和评定；In级人员对有关材料、生产和制造工艺具有足够的实践阅历，以便制定试验方法和在没有标准的状况下帮助制定验收标准。川级人员应熟悉在美国无损检测协会（ASNT）的基础考试中出现其它适宜的无损检测方法或其它检测手段。已经持有相应方法的In级人员应能对1级和II级人员进行培训和资格鉴定考试。QualificationRequirementsforNDEPersonnel无损检测人员资格鉴定要求1.1 Personnelbeingconsideredforcertificationinnondestructivetestingshallhavesufficienteducation,training,andexperiencetoensureunderstandingoftheprinciplesandproceduresofthosemethodsoftestinginwhichtheyare
