Energyefficiencypoliciesthatprioritisepeoplecanbuildconnectionsbetweenenergyconsumersandtheenergysystemthatservesthem-avitalelementinachievingquickactionandinclusivetransitions. Evolvingenergyefficiencypoliciescanincludeleverstodirect,manageandshapechangesinenergysystems.Inthisreportweidentifytwomaincategoriesofleverstoacceleratecleanenergytransitions:namely,flexibilityleversandengagementlevers.
