TheRegulationontheAdministrationofFamilyPlanningTechnicalServices(issuedbyOrderNo.309oftheStateCouncilofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonJune13,2001,andrevisedbytheDecisionoftheStateCounciltoAmendtheRegulationon(heAdministrationofFamilyPlanningTechnicalServicesonDecember10,2004)II. TheMeasuresforCollectionandAdministrationofSocialMaintenanceFees(issuedbyOrderNo.357oftheStateCouncilofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonAugust2,2002)III. TheRegulationontheFamilyPlanningWorktortheMigrantPopulation(issuedbyOrderNo.555oftheSlateCouncilofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonMay11,2009)政法规:一、计划生育技术服务管理条例（2001年6月13B中华人民共和国国务院令第309号公布根据2004年12月月日国务院关于修改”划牛二育技术服务管理条训的决定修订）二、社会抚养费征收管理办法（2002年8月2日中华人民共和国国务院令第357号公布）三、流动人口计划生育工作条例（2009年5月11日中华人民共和国国务院令第555号公布）ThisDecisionshallcomeintoforceonthedateofissuance.本决定自公布之Fl起施行。
